Ordering and Shipping Information

* We are pleased to accept secure online payment using a PayPal shopping cart. We accept debit cards, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover creit cards when processed through the PayPal system. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to use our shopping cart. PayPal also accepts eChecks from those who do have PayPal accounts, although we will hold your order until the check clears the system.

* If you do not wish to place your order online, please call us toll free at 800-880-0410 and we will be happy to take your order by phone. Our hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 (Mountain Time).

Shipping Skinny Dip Candles

* We ship retail orders from Missoula, Montana by USPS Priority Mail (2 - 3 day delivery). Generally, retail orders are shipped within 2 business days. Between mid-November and mid-December, shipping may occur 3 - 4 days after receipt of the order just due to the volume of orders we are processing at this time of year. 

* Also, please note that during hot weather, Skinny Dip candles are only shipped on certain days to ensure delivery prior to weekends. Due to their unique ingredients and low melt point, can melt if left for an extended period in a non-climate controlled environment. For this reason, it is possible that your shipment may be held for a few days to ensure that it is shipped and received in a timely fashion without risking extended exposure to extreme temperatures when held in transit over weekends. 

* We diligently strive for a problem-free delivery, but in the event that a problem occurs, please notify us within 10 days of receipt so that we may promptly issue replacements or otherwise remedy your situation. Please retain all boxes and packaging materials. We regret that claims made after the 10 day reporting period cannot be honored.

Flat Fee U. S. Shipping

We generally ship our retail orders by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Because we save time and expense when shipping multiple products in the same order, we pass those savings on to you. Shipping is definitely most cost effective on a per unit basis when multiple candles are ordered at the same time.  Following are fees for shipping within the United States based on the total dollar amount of an order. 

Please note that the schedule below does NOT include shipping to international destinations. See below for details about international orders. 

International Shipping

We will gladly ship internationally, although the flat fee shipping will not apply. We do have international shipping rates plugged into our shopping cart for Canada (separate rates) and many other countries (all of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and many other countries. Your shipping total will appear in the shopping cart prior to completing check out.

Alternatively, we are happy to provide you with a shipping quote prior to placing an order -- just call us or send us an email letting us know which product and how many of each you plan to order. You can then proceed by ordering online, or we can send an invoice to you via PayPal to cover your order and shipping.

International orders are sent by First Class Mail when weight of the package allows us to do so. This keeps shipping fees as reasonable as possible. If the weight exceeds First Class limits, we use Priority Mail.
